Service Description
A comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric evaluation via secure telehealth with Albert Garcia, APRN. We review your history, current concerns, lifestyle, medications, and goals to build a personalized care plan. Cash/self-pay rate: $250 for 60 minutes. The price shown is the cash/self-pay rate. If you plan to use insurance, enter your insurance details on the intake form so we can verify your coverage before your session. Your copay, deductible, or other patient responsibility depends on your verified benefits. Booking an appointment does not confirm insurance coverage. Required before you can be seen Complete the intake and consent forms before your appointment. Please complete them at least 24 hours before your visit to allow time for insurance verification. The intake, consent, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 links are included in your welcome email. You must be physically located in Florida during your telehealth appointment. Cancellation Policy
